Checking the status of LDAP processes

Procedure

On the System Management Interface Web page, on the Administration menu, click Messaging.
Under Utilities, click LDAP Status / Restart.
Check if all the processes are up.
If the processes are not up, click Restart to manually start the processes.
Note
You must restart the messaging application to start all the LDAP processes.

Note
The ldapcorp process will run only if the external LDAP access is turned on.

The updatefe process will run only if Updates In field on Edit Messaging Server is set to yes.
